Every unforgettable festival is created by the people who bring it to life. And at HEAL PLAY LOVE, our volunteers are so much more than helping hands. They are the heartbeat of our community.

For 2027, we're inviting passionate, open-hearted and hands-on humans to join us behind the scenes and help create spaces for connection, transformation, music, movement and celebration.

Whether you love welcoming people, building beautiful spaces, keeping things organized or supporting the magic backstage, there's a place for your unique energy and talents.

WHAT DOES VOLUNTEERING INVOLVE?

As part of our volunteer crew, you'll support different areas of festival production, from preparation and setup to welcoming guests, running the festival and bringing everything back together afterwards.

For our main festival at The Valley in Kemptthal (August 20–22, 2027), we ask for a minimum commitment of 15 working hours, distributed across assigned shifts.

    A CHF 100 volunteer deposit is required to secure your spot. Once you’ve completed your agreed shifts, CHF 85 will be refunded to you. The remaining CHF 15 helps cover our administrative costs.

    Beyond our August festival, we're also looking for people interested in supporting other HPL events, crafting days and production preparations throughout the year.

    Accommodation & Camping

    Please note that camping is not available on-site at The Valley.

    We're currently exploring alternative camping and accommodation options in the surrounding area and will share any available possibilities as soon as we know more.

    In the meantime, we kindly encourage you to make your own accommodation arrangements if needed, as we cannot guarantee camping or accommodation options for our volunteer crew at this stage.

    Commitment & agreement

    Before submitting, please confirm:

    • I understand that submitting this form is an application and does not guarantee a volunteer position
    • I understand that participation at The Valley Festival requires a minimum of 15 agreed working hours.
    • I understand that a partially refundable CHF 100 deposit will be required after acceptance, according to the volunteer agreement.
    • I agree to follow the volunteer guidelines, safety instructions and the directions of my assigned Team Lead.
    • I understand that I will receive further information about my assignment, shifts and onboarding if selected.

    Your privacy matters to us! 

    The personal information you provide, including your contact details, availability, skills, experience and portrait photo, will be used exclusively for reviewing your application, organizing volunteer assignments and coordinating your participation in HEAL PLAY LOVE events.

    Your data will only be accessible to authorized members of our organizing team and service providers supporting volunteer coordination. Your portrait photo will be used for internal identification purposes only and will not be published without your permission.

    We will retain your information only as long as necessary for these purposes, unless you separately agree to be contacted about future volunteering opportunities.

    You can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at volunteer@healplaylove.ch.
