Our Marketplace is more than a place to shop, eat, and discover. It's a vibrant meeting point where conscious businesses, passionate creators, and inspiring people come together to share what they love.

For HEAL PLAY LOVE Festival 2027, we're looking for unique food concepts, creative makers, sustainable brands, and beautiful products that contribute to the spirit of our gathering.

Whether you're preparing nourishing (plant-based) meals, crafting something special with your hands, or sharing products that inspire a more conscious way of living, we'd love to discover what you have to offer.

We value authenticity, creativity, sustainability, quality, and a shared passion for bringing people together.

Who can apply?
This application is intended for:

  • Food & Beverage Vendors offering meals, snacks, drinks, and other culinary products.
  • Non-Food / Marketplace Vendors selling fashion, jewelry, art, handmade goods, wellness products, and other lifestyle items.

Looking for a brand activation or partnership instead?

If your primary goal is to promote your brand, engage directly with our audience, organize an activation, or increase brand visibility rather than simply sell products, we'd love to explore a separate collaboration with you.

Brand activations, sponsorships, and promotional partnerships are handled individually and are not covered by this vendor application.

  • All applications will be reviewed individually to create a diverse and balanced Marketplace.
  • Participation is subject to selection, available space, and applicable vendor fees.
  • The commercial conditions outlined in this application serve as a preliminary framework.
    Final terms and conditions are subject to individual agreements following the selection process.
  • Submitting an application does not guarantee participation or constitute a binding vendor agreement.
  • Selected vendors will receive further information about agreements, infrastructure, and operational preparations.

Commercial Information & Participation

We believe in creating a fair and transparent partnership with everyone who contributes to the HEAL PLAY LOVE experience.
The following conditions provide an overview of our general Marketplace participation framework.

Please note: These conditions are preliminary and based on our previous festival edition. Final participation fees, commercial terms, and operational requirements will be defined through individual vendor agreements following the selection process.

Participation Fees & Commercial Conditions

For Non-Food / Marketplace Vendors

  • Participation fee: 15% of total turnover, with a minimum fee of CHF 500 for the festival weekend.
  • Electricity and additional utilities are charged separately according to your requirements.
For Food & Beverage Vendors
  • Participation fee: 20% of total turnover.
  • Electricity, water, and other utilities are charged separately where applicable.
  • Final commercial conditions will be outlined in your individual vendor agreement.

    Applicable to all vendors

    • The festival operates with a mandatory cashless payment system. Each vendor is required to use the designated POS solution.
      POS terminal rental: CHF 170 per stand (2026 rate).
    • Vendors are responsible for bringing their own stand infrastructure, equipment, and necessary operating supplies unless otherwise agreed.
    • Stand allocation is managed by the festival team based on the overall Marketplace concept, technical requirements, and available space.
    • Vendors are expected to operate during the agreed festival opening hours.
    • Overnight accommodation at vendor stands is not permitted.
    • Participation is only binding once the vendor agreement has been signed and applicable fees have been settled.

    Before submitting, please confirm the following:

    • I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee participation in HEAL PLAY LOVE Festival 2027.
    • I understand that selected vendors will receive a formal offer outlining the applicable participation fees, commercial conditions, and infrastructure costs.
    • I understand that participation is only confirmed once the required agreement has been accepted and any applicable payment obligations have been fulfilled.
    • I agree to comply with the festival's vendor guidelines, safety requirements, sustainability policies, and operational instructions.
    • I confirm that the information provided in this application is accurate and complete.
    • I consent to being contacted about other HEAL PLAY LOVE events and vendor opportunities if I have expressed interest in Section 8.
